Appointments

An appointment can be made by telephoning the Centre if patients have a referral from their GP. Referral letters should be sent to The Hip & Knee Centre at Euxton Hall Hospital for the attention of the consultant of your choice.

The appointment will then be confirmed in writing.

At the consultation, patients will see the consultant orthopaedic surgeon and undergo any investigations which are deemed necessary.

If surgery is advised, patients receive a full anaesthetic and physiotherapy assessment on the same visit. The care plan will be fully explained to the patient by the nurse facilitator.
